In our school - one of the fewest in our region - computers are dismantled during regular classes, adapted and configurated according to equipment and programme requirements, and then - put together and tested like in a real computer firm.Moreover, among many important advantages of this laboratory is the fact that it has its own local computer network and educational net servers Novell Intranetware and Linux, which is also of great importance for the quality of teaching process. Each of the computers mentioned above is fully multimedial - in terms of hard and software, which results in practice in full capacity for realising every commission and task in this area (preparing multimedial presentations, www pages, graphic design, sound and video effects)Laboratory of TeleinformationWe are proud of the modern laboratory of teleinformation Such a lab is one in a kind in our region!!!Teleinformation laboratory is equipped with own Internet server, lolacal schoolweb, switchboards - digital and analogical, computer set connected to the Internet (2Mb), ISDN connection and many other appliances - teaching aids of telecommunication, teletransmission, digital electronics, (e.g. digital filters, coverters A/C and C/A, impulse-code modulators PCM, etc)
Laboratory of microprocesor systems and electronical appliancesLaboratory is equipped with 10 computer sets Pentium Celeron along with educational tool programmes for doing research of chosen elements microprocessor units: ram, ports-parallel-to-series, main board, extension card ISA, PCI, AGP, DISCS.Each out of mentioned above computer sets is compatible with independent, external microprocessor set based on processor 80445. Thanks to this, we are able to test laboratory sets WE/WY, registers, ram, etc and external executive sets managment. Besides, the laboratory is equipped with teaching desks for programming modern electronical appliances, audio-video, television,radio, cassete recorder, tuners TV SAT ect. Computer science laboratoriesSchool is perfectlly adapted to teching computer science and computer systems - both in terms of the staff and teaching aids.Our school is one of the best equipped with soft and hardware and the best computerised educational institution in our region! School is equipped with 6 up-to-date computer science laboratories - three labs are a part of school Computer Center - laboratory of multimedial and Internet techniques - laboratory of computer systems and appliances - laboratory of teleinformatics Annual expenditures on the purchase of new computers and modernisation of already existing ones amounts to 40.000 zl (about 10.000 Euros) Total number of computers in school, which are used in teaching process Amounts more 100 items.
